Spring Break Begins
I am the mom of 4 wonderful little boys.
Two of whom are in full-time school.
Today (Saturday) Spring Break Begins with our first day.
Despite taking the kids to Ikea for breakfast and a play in Smalland, taking two to three walks (some children did more walking than others) and spending a bunch of ‘quality time’ playing with the kids.
I still feel like I spent the day trying to keep them entertained and away from the TV and Video Games.
It was torturous, for me and for them.
Although my kids feel this way, I don’t.
First, I found this one:
Sounded like a GREAT idea, but I didn’t think my 11 month old would agree!
If you are not that creative, like me, subscription boxes is a terrific way of getting all your
crafting supplies easily and organized. I can’t wait to give this a try!
I also found a site called Irrisistable Ideas, that has a ton of (sometimes messy) play based activities, both indoors and outdoors.
It would be so easy to get lost on this site!
And for the times when I really need a break, I found ‘Top 50 Sites for Your Kids-The Amusement Park of the Web’.
I would love to hear about your activity suggestions for me this Spring Break.
