I wouldn’t have much to blog about if it weren’t for my children. And it’s not just because we review a lot of baby and kid’s products; my children really are my inspiration. Whether we’re learning, cooking, crafting, cleaning or playing, all six of them are with me every step of the way. And that gives me the spark I need to create engaging content on my mommy blog. My second oldest has shown a special interest in my blog; Catherine is just nine but has become an invaluable blog sidekick.
Whether she’s getting Erik to smile for the camera in a cloth diaper review or sharing her honest feedback about a toy or food product, Catherine’s talents are much appreciated. I thank my lucky stars every day for her artistic flair; you’ll often find me seeking her advice and suggestions for graphic design and staging photos.
She has even taken pictures for me. You can see some of her work below; the one in the middle was for a handbag review and it so impressed the sponsor, that they requested a copy for their website marketing!
Children have a natural desire to be included in what their parents are doing, and they love to help out. So if you’ve been working solo so far, or tend to retreat into an isolated hole when working at home, don’t overlook the amazing assets you might have sitting just across the dining room table!
Is there a child in your family that plays an important role in your blog or business?

Thank you so much. 😀
I agree! My kids are a huge part of my blogging. THe crafts, the field trips, some reviews……
Completely agree! Kids really do help with blogging. Their non-bias opinions on products, their excitement for life, and their assistance to help with photos are spot on.
Definitely, its very important think in kids. Thanks for the post. i’ll positively come. An impressive share! I actually have simply forwarded this onto a coworker WHO has been conducting a bit analysis on this.
