Design your own

Then have copies printed up in small batches at an office supply store or printing shop.

Example: An artist could print out a small digital copy of a painting, superimpose her name over it and then have contact info printed on the reverse.

Stores like Staples have competitive prices on color printing, and to save even more money you can bring your own pack of card stock.

Go completely handmade for impact

This is a nice touch when you’re starting small and only handing out cards occasionally.

Buy a pack of pre-cut cards, or even fun die-cut shapes from the hobby store and then draw or stamp your logo on.

Hand write your name and contact info. Handmade cards are also perfect for businesses that are marketing homemade or craft-related products.
